Saturday Done Right at Narbonne Plage

Saturday was spent exploring the coast and taking in the breathtaking sights at Narbonne Plage.

We stopped by the Monument Pierre Brossolette during our coastal walk. The views stretching out over the port with the French flag flying high are always spectacular, especially on a sunny weekend like this.

Highlights of a Coastal Day Trip to Narbonne Plage: • Visiting the historic Monument Pierre Brossolette • Enjoying panoramic views of the port and coastline • Indulging in a classic French seaside lunch of fresh prawns on ice • Managing dog friendly coastal walks safely in the summer heat

History, Coastal Views, and Fresh Seafood

After taking in the history and admiring the coastal scenery, we treated ourselves to the ultimate seaside lunch: a massive plate of fresh prawns served on ice. It was the perfect way to pause and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.

The dogs, Jaeger and Ren, were definitely feeling the summer heat. Even with panting tongues, their tails were still wagging constantly. They are such brilliant travel companions, even on days when it is slightly too warm for their heavy fur coats!

It was a truly lovely Saturday spent discovering more of this beautiful region we call home.

How are you spending your weekend?
