Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is My Life In Languedoc, based in France.

2. Eligibility: This giveaway is open worldwide. Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Only current active subscribers of My Life In Languedoc, on Facebook, at the closing date are eligible. Subscription costs €0.99 per month and may be cancelled at any time. Employees of the promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter: Entry is automatic for all active subscribers at the time the giveaway closes. No additional action (such as liking, sharing, or commenting on social media) is required to enter. New subscribers may join before the closing date to be included in the draw, provided their subscription is active at the closing time.

4. Giveaway Period: The giveaway opens on 9th January 2026 The giveaway closes on 14 February 2026 at 12 midday. Any subscriptions cancelled before the closing date will not be eligible.

5. Prize One (1) winner will receive a free Adults Colouring Book, the Places Edition, CLICK HERE to see the product.  The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible active subscribers after the giveaway closes. The draw will take place on 14 February 2026. The winner will be contacted via Facebook within 2 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. No Affiliation with Meta Platforms: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. By entering, participants fully release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any liability related to this promotion.

8. Data Protection & Privacy: Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and contacting the winner. Data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. No personal data will be sold or shared with third parties outside of what is necessary to fulfil the prize.

9. General: The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
